Our shipping policy is quite simple:
Processing time: 2-5 business days
Shipping time: 10-14 business days



COVID NOTICE:


Due to the overwhelming demand for deliveries across the USA, as well as modified practices by our shipping partners to keep their workforce and customers safe, customers should anticipate parcel delays for the foreseeable future. USA Post is responding to unprecedented parcel volumes and has suspended all service guarantees, including Express post. Therefore, we are unable to give you an accurate estimate of your parcel's arrival date. Please use the provided tracking information to check online for the most up to date information on the shipment. Delays of several days or even weeks are not uncommon at this time. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

We will continue to be here to support you as our customer, before, during, and after the buying & shipping process. However, due to these long and universal delays, we are not able to re-ship orders or flag them for investigation with the same expediency as we were able to prior to the delays associated with the COVID-19 pandemic. PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Processing time is not included in shipping estimates. You will receive a shipping notification once your order is shipped.

 

LOST PACKAGES

On the off chance that your package is considered lost, we will research with the cargo company and let you know about it straight away. 

Generously note that Be-Infused store isn't liable for packages showing DELIVERED & can't be found. 

 

On the off chance that you accept that your package is stolen, we suggest filling a report with your nearby police station in the wake of checking with house individuals and neighbors to make sure.

 

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Be-Infused Collections is happy to offer full returns, less initial shipping fees.

A Return must be initiated in the first 3 days after the package is delivered & must be shipped within 7 days of delivery for a full refund;

After 15 days of delivery, all orders are final sale

Return shipping is buyer responsibility - please purchase a shipping label through your preferred carrier./through us. Kindly note that Be-Infused is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

All items must be returned in their original state with no signs of use.

We cannot accept exchanges or returns on sale items or limited edition products.
